All credit/ debit card details or personal identification information will not be stored,sold,shared,rented or leased to any other third parties. Delivery address/contact details shall be shared with our authorized representatives or delivery partners in order to fulfill your orders. Diva Dove cannot be held responsible for any data loss or breaches occurring at the partner's end.

We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including various hardware and software methodologies. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online. The website policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the customers are encouraged to visit the sections to be updated about the changes on the website.

Shipping and Delivery

Usually orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. However,unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period.In case of delay ( product not dispatched within the estimated time period) , you can contact us.Shipping and delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Return and Exchange Policy

Diva Dove sets high quality standards for our customers; therefore, quality check will be done on each piece with utmost care before packing.

Bust sizes are mentioned in the product description of each item, however, we accept the fact that customers might get confused on sizes and hence we accept exchange (not return) for unworn unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged items within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached without any stain, crease and damage.

Any complaint with regards to damage, size difference or changed item should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product.

We require digital video of (opening the parcel) in order to review the complaint. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment if the product has been used or tampered with.

Exchange can be possible with the same catalogue or other catalogues of the same value or higher value upon availability of size and style. Shipping costs of exchange to be borne by the customers. (Round trip charges)

Notes:

Products categorized under sales or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Colour and product description discrepancy:

Read product description and product care before placing the order. Product specification updated on the website are of approximate values and are near to reality. We are not manufacturers of the products displayed and hence there is no standard size chart as such for Diva Dove. The product specifications may vary for each product.

There will be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography; colour settings or screen resolutions while showcasing the product colour. Exchange is not allowed in cases of colour discrepancies.
